ICF PCC

What it means

A PCC has completed substantial training and demonstrated coaching skill at a higher standard than ACC. For most clients, PCC is the default 'this is a real coach' marker — combining real training, hours, and assessed proficiency.

Requirements

125+ hours of accredited training, 500+ hours of paid coaching experience, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and a more rigorous performance evaluation than ACC. Renewed every 3 years.
