My coaching is rooted in awareness, belonging, and sustainable growth. I work with leaders and working professionals—especially women of colour and gender-expansive professionals—who want to move from overextension and self-doubt to grounded confidence, clarity, and presence.
With a background in psychology, Gestalt methodology, and mindfulness, I help clients slow down, notice what’s happening in real-time, and connect inner awareness with outer impact. Our work is both reflective and practical: we explore the deeper patterns behind exhaustion, imposter feelings, or conflict and translate insight into purposeful action.
My coaching offers space to experiment, integrate, and lead from wholeness—without losing yourself in the process.
Over the past nine years, I’ve supported senior leaders, emerging professionals, and purpose-driven teams across Canada, the U.S., and India. Common coaching themes include executive presence, navigating bias, building inclusive teams, having difficult conversations, boundary-setting, and preventing burnout through sustainable leadership practices.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and serve as faculty at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. My approach integrates Gestalt theory, mindfulness, and systems thinking through an inclusive, identity-affirming lens. I also hold an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology and certifications in Process Group Facilitation and Gestalt Professional Coach Certification (GPCC).
Clients often describe my coaching style as calm, strategic, and deeply human—a space that supports courage, clarity, and growth that starts within.
