You're smart. You're capable. So why does everything feel this hard? You've tried planners, apps, reminders, and the usual advice to "just focus" or "be more disciplined." But the clutter keeps growing, deadlines keep slipping, and even simple tasks can feel overwhelming. You may struggle with procrastination, time blindness, disorganization, emotional overwhelm, impulsivity, or following through, even when you care deeply.
Maybe you've just been diagnosed with ADHD. Or maybe you've known for years and are tired of trying strategies that don't stick. Either way, you're exhausted from fighting your brain instead of working with it.
I get it. I have ADHD too.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 17 years in corporate leadership, earning dual MBAs, managing complex projects, and privately struggling with executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, procrastination, and the constant feeling that I was underperforming despite working incredibly hard. When I stopped trying to force myself to function like everyone else and started using ADHD-friendly systems, everything changed.
That's the work I do with clients now.
I help adults and professionals with ADHD build practical structure around time management, planning, prioritization, accountability, emotional regulation, routines, and follow-through. My coaching is strengths-based, practical, and compassionate, blending neuroscience-informed ADHD coaching, executive-function strategy, and trauma-aware support.
I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and PAAC Certified ADHD Coach. I left the corporate world in 2019 to co-found Heal and Thrive Psychotherapy and Coaching with Dr. Mahsa Hojat-Khoshniyat.
You don't need more shame. You need the right tools, the right structure, and someone who understands how ADHD actually works.
If you're ready to stop fighting your brain and start working with it, let's talk.
