What it means

An MCC has spent thousands of hours coaching, completed advanced training, and passed the most rigorous ICF performance evaluation. Often work with senior leaders and other coaches.

Requirements

200+ hours of accredited training, 2,500+ hours of paid coaching experience, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and the most stringent recorded-session assessment. Renewed every 3 years.
