You've built a remarkable career, and yet there are moments when you wonder if the version of yourself that shows up at work is truly, fully you.
If you're a multicultural leader, an immigrant professional, or a senior leader navigating between cultures, that tension is real. The exhaustion of being "too much" in some rooms and "not enough" in others. I know it firsthand. Born and raised in Colombia, I've spent over two decades living and working in the United States — learning not just how to succeed across cultures, but how to do it without losing myself in the process.
That's the work I'm here to do with you, through a combination of deep inner work and practical leadership tools.
We'll explore the beliefs, patterns, and heirlooms of your culture and upbringing that quietly shape how you lead — reclaiming the gifts you've minimized, releasing the stories that no longer serve you, and integrating the parts of yourself that once seemed in conflict. You'll feel rooted, reconnected with the strengths and values that are distinctly, powerfully yours.
On the practical side, I'll introduce frameworks and tools to make your presence and impact visible: a compelling vision, an authentic leadership voice, the ability to give honest feedback and have difficult conversations without losing the relationship, and the confidence to navigate promotions and transitions with intention.
Sessions may include CliftonStrengths® and the Leadership Circle Profile, the gold standard in 360-degree assessments.
I've coached executives and leaders across finance, technology, pharma, consumer goods, and international development — from small companies to Fortune 100 multinationals, state-owned businesses, and nonprofits. I also work with teams through coaching, facilitation, and retreats.
I'm a PCC-credentialed coach with the ICF, accredited in both tools, with a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard. My practice is grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness.
