I am a Professional Certified Coach, with an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and 600+ hours in coaching. I’m a leadership and career coach who helps professionals stop guessing at growth. I use science-backed strategies to help my clients sharpen their self-awareness and leverage their natural strengths, so they can lead better and actually enjoy their careers again. I help clients shift performance & assumptions to get the most out of current positions--leverage what 'is' to align with needs, skills, & values. I help clients plan for promotions/growth within an organization--prepare for promotions and then get them. I help clients make the challenging decision when it is time to let-go and seek other opportunities. I challenge by identifying limiting beliefs and being a fierce advocate for client change. My coaching program is tailored to each client but with underlying stages to address those important career and professional decisions and change. I have additional training in "parts-work" based upon the Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory (Richard Schwartz), this allows deeper exploration into understanding all parts of a person that may be getting in the way, but with an acceptance and understanding that all of a person is valuable.
I have over 25 years as an organizational effectiveness consultant working in non-profit, for profit, and governmental organizations. I've been an HR Director and previously co-owned an aviation design/manufacturing company with 150 employees.
