ICF ACC

What it means

An ACC has completed accredited training, demonstrated coaching skill at a defined standard, and committed to the ICF Code of Ethics. Reasonable starting credential for newer coaches who've still been formally trained.

Requirements

60+ hours of accredited training, 100+ hours of client coaching experience, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and a recorded coaching session reviewed by ICF assessors. Renewed every 3 years with continuing education.
