I am Vikki Dorsey, an executive coach with expertise in leadership development. With over 20 years of experience working in Corporate America, I bring business acumen and expertise in navigating large complex organizations. As an entrepreneur, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities of starting your own business. I earned a Master's of Science degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University in the prestigious Graziadio Business School. I earned my bachelor's degree with a double major in Psychology and Comparative Culture from the University of California, Irvine. I am an ICF-certified ACC coach. Let's achieve greatness together.

Vikki was amazing. From the time I read her profile and watched her bio video, I knew she was the right fit for me and what I needed.
