I coach early to mid-career business professionals who want to move up faster, manage more people, and be recognized as a leader!
Have you stopped feeling joy when you head out to work each day? Do you feel stuck in an individual contributor role, but really want to manage a team? Or are you stuck in middle management, and can’t seem to break into the executive ranks?
Are you moving up slowly, but not getting any younger? Do you struggle with difficult members of your team? Does that promotion seem just out of reach? Do you have trouble presenting and communicating to the C-Suite?
This is where I come in! The challenges you’re facing involve the “soft skills” of leadership: personal presence, building trust, and displaying confidence. These skills aren’t taught in school, and you don’t really hear about them in “onboarding” programs. Yet, as you move up in an organization, these skills become increasingly important. The most important.
I have over 30 years as a corporate executive, management consultant, coach, facilitator, trainer, and speaker. My personal successes and failures allow me to transfer my extensive experience to others to help accelerate their growth and avoid key mistakes.
Six years ago, I left corporate roles and chose to focus entirely on what I’ve loved the most throughout my career: people. I draw energy from helping people develop, progress, and succeed. And that’s why you’re reading my profile right now.
