You're capable, self-aware, and you've built something worth being proud of. But somewhere along the way, the work stopped feeling like yours. The career that made sense, the business you built, the version of yourself you've been showing up as fits differently now. You can feel what you want next. You just can't quite bring yourself to act on it. That gap, between knowing and trusting yourself enough to move, is where I work.
I grew up in an Indonesian-Ecuadorian family in Australia, the child of two immigrants who sacrificed everything so I could have the opportunities they never did. That kind of love doesn't come without weight. It drove me to build a successful career in design, working at Google, Deloitte, and tech scale-ups across Europe. From the outside, my path looked ideal. From the inside, I was slowly losing the thread back to myself.
It took hitting a wall I couldn't think my way through to start asking different questions. Not what should I do next, but who am I when I stop performing the version of myself that everyone expects?
My approach is about making sense of what's quietly in the way, so you can move forward pulled by what actually matters to you rather than pushed by what you think you should do. I draws on Internal Family Systems, gestalt and transactional analysis, as tools to understand what's happening below the surface.
If you've done the inner work and you still feel stuck, you're probably in the right place.
