My career spans senior operational roles and advisory work where I have sat at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.
I currently work as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer and Small and Medium Size Business Coach, partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams who are navigating growth, complexity, and change. I am a Certified Business Coach, Certified Organizational Development Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and Certified Conflict Resolution Coach. I also hold an MBA with a concentration in Strategy.
Over the last six years alone, I have coached and advised more than 100 companies. My work focuses on turning vision into execution by building strong operating systems, aligning leadership teams, resolving conflict before it becomes culture damage, and creating accountability at every level of the organization.
