I’m Jennifer Kaminsky, and my journey to leadership - and coaching - started more than 25 years ago in the healthcare field. Like many professionals, I climbed the ladder by working hard and delivering results. But when I stepped into leadership roles, I realized something important: no one had ever really taught me how to lead. Along the way, I had some truly great bosses who inspired me...and a few really bad ones who taught me exactly what I didn’t want to be. Those experiences shaped my understanding of what leadership feels like from both sides: the pressure, the uncertainty, and the desire to do right by your team while still finding your own footing. That’s why I’m passionate about helping emerging and mid-level leaders build the confidence, clarity, and self-awareness that I once had to learn the hard way. I help professionals lead with purpose, presence, and alignment—so they can thrive without losing themselves in the process.
