Hello, and welcome. I am a Christian Life Coach who supports individuals and families navigating seasons of grief, transition, and change. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward—and are seeking support that honors both their faith and their emotional well-being.
My work is forward-focused and values-based. Coaching is not therapy or counseling, but a collaborative process designed to help clients gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and take intentional next steps. Together, we focus on goal-setting, perspective, and practical strategies for navigating life with greater steadiness and purpose.
My approach blends structured coaching tools, mindset awareness, and faith-informed reflection. I offer a supportive and respectful space where clients can explore challenges, clarify priorities, and move forward at a pace that feels manageable and aligned with their beliefs.

With a background as an elementary school counselor, special and general education teacher, and human resources manager, I bring structure, compassion, and accountability—without judgment.
