Life asks us to grow in ways that aren’t easy. You may be stepping into adulthood and wondering how to thrive while staying true to yourself. You may be facing an ethical decision, or recovering from one, that tests your integrity. Or you may be in the middle of a major transition like changing careers, ending or beginning a relationship, or moving to a new place.
Wherever you find yourself, coaching with me offers a safe, non-judgmental space to pause and chart next steps. Clients describe my approach as calm, intuitive, and practical.
In our work you’ll: - Reframe unhelpful beliefs - Ease anxiety and reconnect with your deeper values - Identify doable action steps, then reflect and refine
Who I Work With: - Gen Z professionals & students learning to “adult and thrive”--building routines, resilience, and purpose. - People seeking moral courage or healing from moral injury, navigating decisions or wounds that reach into the soul. - Individuals in major life transitions: career shifts, relationship changes, relocations, or new educational paths.
My background blends tools from Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness/somatic resilience, Family Systems Theory, Co-Active Coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, interfaith chaplaincy (2,800 clinical hours with veterans), participant-centered education (MDiv, Harvard teacher training), and work as a crisis counselor. I also bring knowledge of personality systems such as MBTI and the Enneagram.
