With many years leading complex certification and regulatory projects across the aerospace industry, I have learnt that the human dimension is essential to everything we do at work, underlying success, performance, and most of all well being at work.

in 2025 I made the step to leave my position of senior executive within a large organization and to resettle from Europe to Canada, choosing to prioritize my family.

My coaching blends engineering rigor with human-centered development. My approach is calm, structured, and deeply supportive— designed for people who want to grow not just in competence, but in confidence.
