I conceptualize alignment as the embodiment of living life as the highest/best version of yourself. I believe that when we are in alignment with our authentic selves, we achieve a great sense of fulfillment and life satisfaction. In my practice as a clinical mental health counselor, I often come across clients who I deem ready to graduate from therapy or are simply in need of structured support and clarity. My quest to provide this type of space and guidance has led me to become a certified life and success coach, hypnotherapist, reiki healer, and NLP practioner. Through my training and experiences, I have developed a coaching process that provides my clients with the necessary skills to empower themselves, deeply connect with their inner world, and become masters of their own destinies.
