The core of my work is based on Brené Brown's concept "Dare to Lead", a framework that emphasises courageous leadership, emotional intelligence, and the power of vulnerability as a strength. It means creating spaces where trust can grow, difficult conversations are welcomed, and people can lead with clarity, integrity, and heart.
I also work as a mediator and facilitator in organisations, which gives me a systemic lens and a strong understanding of team dynamics, trust building, and conflict transformation. My clients appreciate my presence, my ability to stay with complexity without rushing, and my mix of clarity, empathy, and structure.
My background includes academic training in health economics and international business, as well as certifications in solution-focused coaching, mediation, and systemic facilitation. I’m based in Switzerland and work in German, French, and English.
