With over 20 years of federal, private, and non-profit experience, I like to work with clients to help them tackle the challenges that come at each stage of their career. Whether you are recent graduate pondering your career options, mid-career employee feeling stuck, or a retiree exploring a second career. I will work with you to explore possibilities to discover your true purpose.
When working with clients, I like to employ a strengths-based approach to help clients unlock their true potential. If they are feeling stuck, I work to partner with individuals to uncover blind spots and to explore alternatives to find a way forward.
I currently serve as the Mentoring Program Manager, Leadership Facilitator, and Internal Coach on the Leadership and Executive Development team at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). I received my Masters in Public Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Howard University. I received my coach training from Coach U and am certified in a number of assessments including, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emergenetics, and Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0) and am a certified InsideOut Coaching facilitator.
