Many of my clients come to coaching feeling successful on the outside but internally stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by perfectionism, self-doubt, and overthinking. They’ve accomplished a lot, yet still feel pressure to do more, be more, and figure everything out on their own. Coaching offers a space where they can slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.
I blend my expertise as a licensed psychotherapist for over 15 years with practical, action-oriented coaching. Together, we identify the internal patterns that keep you stuck—unhelpful self-talk, procrastination, imposter syndrome, or difficulty making decisions—and turn insight into meaningful, consistent action. Our work is collaborative, structured, and focused on real-world results. I am trained in a variety of different behavioral, relational and mindfulness modalities to help each individual access their own strength and wisdom.
As a first-generation Indian immigrant who has navigated multiple careers, I bring a culturally attuned lens to coaching. I understand the unique pressures faced by high-achieving and multicultural professionals, including identity, expectations, and balancing personal fulfillment with external success. I’ve also facilitated wellness programs for corporate and nonprofit teams and have practiced meditation for over 20 years, which informs my grounded, mindful approach.
