Dr. Cedric Streeter began his coaching journey in 2019 and is passionate about helping individuals gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals. In 2023, he founded Coaching for Goals to provide accountability, life, and performance coaching to professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders.
Cedric has supported clients and families in navigating career planning, higher education pathways, and professional development while helping individuals remain focused and accountable to their ambitions.
Before launching Coaching for Goals, Cedric held management roles across the automotive, healthcare, and entertainment industries and brings more than 20 years of experience working in music, film, and television.
Cedric earned a B.A. in English from Lehman College, an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Walden University, and a Doctorate in Business Psychology from The Chicago School, where his degree has been conferred.
He also earned a Professional Coach Certification from Duquesne University’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, including hands-on training in 1:1 coaching with individuals and executives, leadership development, and performance coaching. Cedric is currently completing coaching hours toward the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
