Do you find it hard to say “No”? Feel anxious when making decisions? Struggle to make time for the people and activities you love? Feeling stuck–lacking clarity and support? You’re not alone. The good news is, you don’t have to stay in that place. You can discover the right career path, cultivate a more balanced life, and move forward with confidence. When self-care is neglected and boundaries are not clearly established, life can feel overwhelming. That’s where coaching with me can make a difference.
Together, we’ll focus on what truly matters to you. We’ll set clear, achievable goals, establish healthy boundaries, and create practical strategies to help you manage the challenges of career shifts, relationship changes, and personal transitions. My aim is to support your mental fitness through a focused, intentional approach rooted in accountability—we’ll align key areas of your life to make lasting change. Many of my clients find that exploring their spiritual life brings a deep sense of peace and purpose. For some, it becomes a vital source of strength and emotional balance. As we work together, you may experience greater self-awareness, mental clarity, and emotional healing. Through a holistic framework, our work will help restore balance by strengthening your spiritual connection to enhance clarity and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. As clarity emerges, anxiety often lessens—you’ll feel more empowered to lead with confidence, live with purpose, and create a more fulfilling life.
I earned my Doctorate in Psychology and Theology from Liberty University, a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance University, and a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science from Mercy University. I’m a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors. For over six years, I’ve served individuals in clinical and faith-based settings and I’m honored to now support clients in a non-clinical space as they navigate life’s challenges.
