I’ve spent my life in coaching, leadership, and team environments, and I’ve learned this: people don’t need more advice...they need someone they trust to help them move forward.
My coaching is built on a simple belief: no one climbs alone. At some point, we all need someone to hold the ladder for us...and then us for them.
I’ve worked as a coach, professor, and leadership instructor, and I’ve spent years around high performers in sport and education. I’ve experienced career setbacks that forced me to rebuild, refocus, and find a new path. That perspective shapes how I coach today.
My ideal client is someone who is driven, capable, and knows they have more in them. They may be navigating a career setback, transition, or period of uncertainty. From the outside, they look like they have it together, but internally they’re searching for clarity, confidence, and direction. They’re not afraid of hard work...they just need the right support and perspective to move forward.
They value relationships, are open to honest feedback, and are ready to be challenged. Most importantly, they’re willing to take action. I work best with people who don’t want to stay where they are- and don’t want to climb alone. I do my part to help you create clarity, rebuild confidence, and take action. My approach is honest, relational, and grounded in trust. I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you.
