I'm a corporate professional and professional coach with a decade+ of management experience. I'm passionate about inspiring women to dream bigger. My goal is to empower women to have the freedom to aspire for greatness, the courage to pursue their passions, and the clarity needed to fulfill their life's purpose.
I'm originally from Canada; married with two children (ages 10 and 12), and have worked in the oil and gas industry for 21 years. I've managed teams all over the world in different divisions and functions and love helping others get closer to their full potential. I led my company's women's network for three years with 7000+ members and mentored hundreds of women.
I'm writing a book on women's empowerment and plan to publish in 2026. I received my senior certified coach training through Coach Transformation Academy and love seeing the people I coach reach a greater awareness about themselves.
