Are you a thoughtful, successful professional who has plenty to be grateful for?
And yet privately, you feel unfulfilled, and stuck?
Do you feel: Burned out? Emotionally numb? Underappreciated or insecure? Unsure why things just aren’t quite right?
Do you keep circling around questions such as: Why do I feel stuck when nothing is obviously wrong? Why do I know myself so well but still struggle to change? Why do I keep postponing the life I actually want?
Perhaps you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, done the retreats, and yet nothing ever really changes for long.
This is because you can't read the label from inside the bottle.
I get it. I was a tenured professor who could have easily coasted until retirement. But I was burned out, disillusioned, and unfulfilled. After witnessing some colleagues unexpectedly die while still unhappily grinding away at work and deferring their dreams, it finally hit me in a visceral way that life is short, and none of us can ever know when our time will be up.
So I left academia without a plan, got the right help, and rebuilt from scratch.
It hasn't always been easy, but the only thing I've ever regretted is that I didn't do this sooner.
Now I get great satisfaction paying it forward by helping others figure out why they keep making the same choices, repeating the same patterns, deferring their dreams, and staying stuck.
I like to begin by holding up a brutally honest mirror that reflects truths that you can’t see on your own. One of the first things we often find is that your surface problems are real, but they are not the whole story.
Then we turn insight into action, co‑creating a feasible, powerful action plan that enables you to make different choices, break the cycle, and actually live the life you want.
