My approach to coaching is rooted in my own lived experience. I know depression, confusion and addiction. I know loss, loneliness, stress, and despair. I have stood in the face of destitution, anxiety, and catatonic fear. But I also know the weightless feeling of freedom—of abundance, purpose, and love. I know the power of community and the fulfillment of being of service. Today, I empower others to navigate and walk through life’s greatest difficulties like loss of a loved one, being stuck in a no-win career, a toxic relationship, or simply dealing with life—and transition into happy, healthy, and abundant lives.
