Parley E. Acker, M.A., founder of CareerWon, has over 30 years of experience as a career counselor, executive coach and talent development executive. He has held global leadership roles with companies like Citigroup and General Electric, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Citi Cards and Global Head of Career Development with Aramco.
Mr. Acker has designed and managed a variety of programs in the areas of executive and career coaching, mentoring, emerging leader and C-Suite coaching, assessments, succession and development planning. This multi-cultural leadership experience has provided him with an insider's view of the success factors required for multiple careers and the challenges faced by organizations, women and diverse leaders, new leaders and early career professionals. Mr. Acker is a Certified Executive Coach, holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the State University of New York and a B.A. in Psychology from Marist University. He has also completed the Certified Career Management Course with the Career Coach Academy as well as the Practitioner in Executive Coaching course with the Academy of Executive Coaching, both programs accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
