About

I obtained my Master Degree in Education Leadership from UNSW, Australia. I got my training in Leadership and team dynamics in IMD Business school. I have obtained my coaching training certificates from CTI coactive coaching and the Erickson art and science of coaching. I have been practicing coaching since 2012, and now I got my own business "Nahi Professional Coaching" and I'm working as a freelance as a coach and a trainer. I had the opportunity to work in researches in transpersonal psychology which gave me a great background in psychological themes and concepts from Freud, Carl Yong, Lacan and Grof. I got more and more interest in understanding human emotions and I got my own consultancy as an assessor of Emotional Intelligence 2.0 from Multiple-Health System, and the Brinkman method.

My X factor as a coach is my deep active listening skills and my background knowledge on psychology, which helps me a lot in sharing my empathy and insights with the clients, and understanding their confusion which allow me to find the best way that will help them to find personal growth and move forward with full empowerment.

I did one coaching session with Nahi and it was a very productive one. I have a creative side to me that I closed for about 20 years. The summer of 2019 I have been saying that I want to start making accessories, I already got a sewing machine and till I had the session with Nahi I was procrastinating.
