The personal conflicts I’ve faced, stemming from poor communication, propelled me to prioritize self-investment and development like embodied emotional intelligence and coaching over self-sacrifice to preserve personal relationships. Similarly, in business settings , growth, collective wisdom and creativity will be built through trust and Collaboration and not through toxic competition and pressure till burnout. Upgrading an emotional intelligent culture will make the people experience belonging and thrive . I am committed to change the way corporates function where success doesn’t compromise mental health and wellbeing. This commitment is reflected in my online empathy leadership program, where I guide managers and entrepreneurs how to spot their fears of ( mistakes, commitment, trust, loss of others, ..) and transform it to excitement fostering a safe, productive and energetic environment that positively impacts the world.
