I’m not the leader most people would have predicted.
Early in my career, there wasn’t a clear path pointing me toward leadership. No prestigious pedigree. No fast-track program. Just a willingness to work hard, figure things out, and keep going when things didn’t come easily.
Over time, that turned into something more.
Across a 30+ year career in technology and leadership, I found myself leading teams, guiding organizations through change, and helping others step into roles they didn’t think they were ready for. Not because I had all the answers, but because I learned how to ask better questions, set clear goals, and take full responsibility for outcomes.
That’s the foundation of how I coach.
I work with professionals who are capable, but feel stuck, overlooked, or unsure of their next move. People who know they have more in them, but haven’t quite figured out how to unlock it.
