• I met Marla in the throws of a breakup after my partner had an affair. I was in the pit of the deepest depression of my life. A close friend of mine made an appointment with Marla for me and within the first hour my life changed. Marla helped me regain my confidence, pull myself from depression, recalibrate my energy, and rebuild my relationship. My negative mental patterns and rage were keeping me stuck. I was unable to eat or sleep and my depression was a weight I could not climb out from under. Marla worked with me to find the source of my pain and pull it from my body. My appetite returned. I began sleeping. I was able to engage in positive dialogue with my partner and advocate for myself and my needs. I stopped allowing my emotions to rage out of control and began a practice of noticing, identifying, and moving away from being controlled by my feelings. Marla taught me techniques to reframe my thoughts, pull negative energy from my body, and replace my anxious brain with a clear intentional purpose. She gave me the tools to rebuild my life on my terms and maintain focus. Im now able to wake up each day with intentional practices that engage me in peacefully manifesting the life I want. Marla helps you see whats holding you back, identify the hurdles, then shows you how to jump them. She is grounded yet aspirational. Shes exactly whats needed to become the best version of yourself and shes been integral to my recovery and personal growth. Ive saved myself, saved my relationship, and become a more stable, purposeful, connected person because of her. Ive recommended her to all of my friends and colleagues. Shes been the most important influence in my life this year and Im now thriving because of the skills shes given me. • We hired Marla Williams, as a life coach, for my sister who has suffered from serious depression, anxiety and panic attacks for the last 20 years. She has attempted suicide several times in the last 10 years and been hospitalized with in and out patient treatments that had no lasting effects. We had tried everything over these years trying to help, psychiatrists, therapists; psychologists who continued to prescribe different drugs that helped temporarily but always failed to heal her. Her latest psychiatrist told us she will never be healed and that she has a chronic disease and will be on medication for the rest of her life. That was the breaking point.
