I've worked with hundreds of clients in my psychotherapy practice over the years and use my coaching service to connect with people with needs that don't quite fit in with traditional therapy. In both practices, I have found the most enjoyment in working with high achievers in their respective fields and people who enjoy the philosophical underpinnings of their pursuits.
Examples of clients include high school and college athletes, physicians, attorneys, executives, and even a competitive chess player. While these represent a stereotypical client, I've also worked with stay-at-home moms who juggle several different hats, musicians working through performance anxiety, and students preparing for their LSATs or MCATs.
If you feel like you're at a transition point in life, or if you feel like you're ready to level up but are held back by self-defeating beliefs and practices, I'm confident we will be able to work together.
Outside the office, I run ultramarathons, backcountry ski, play the piano, and write. I am dad to six children and have been married for 17 years.
I am pursuing a Ph.D. in I/O psychology and hold a BA in psychology and an MA in MFT. I am certified in advanced Ericksonian Clinical Hypnosis.
