I am a procrastination and career change coach who found direction in life after struggling through 21 years of confusion, frustration, and professional failure.
After spending thousands of dollars studying and earning degrees and certificates, only to remain stuck in my stressful and miserable job year after year, I finally discovered that my problem wasn’t lack of qualifications. It was lack of knowledge about who I was and what I really wanted out of life.
Like most people, I was programmed from a young age to focus on having the kind of career, life, and interests that my parents considered important, regardless of whether their vision matched my personality, values, and interests.
Ignoring my own needs led me to live a caged life, filled with constant anger, disconnection, and lack of purpose. The more I understood how my poor self-image, self-esteem, and confidence was slowly destroying my life through procrastination and misguided decisions, the more I became interested in how to find a way to feel more hopeful about ever escaping this cycle.
Finally, I discovered hypnotherapy, counseling, and career coaching. Something told me these that these fields were the only way for me to find a fulfilling career and also work on my personal issues.
