We are in the middle of the most extraordinary leadership shift ever, and my mission is to help it advance by giving newer leaders a head start. How we bring our strengths to every facet of our work and lives must shift over time if we want to keep growing and ushering in success for ourselves and those around us. It's tough to see the top of the next mountain from the current valley of learning, and that's where coaching can make a critical difference, helping you: -Gain clarity on where it is you want to go -Understand where you are today -Discover what will close the gap -Enjoy the process as you go In coaching, we'll partner to define the big picture of what you'd like to achieve, the larger agenda to work toward over time, including your definition of the evidence of progress. Depending on that agenda, we'll set up a program built specifically to meet your desires. This usually involves 45 minute sessions every 2 weeks (Google Meet) for 6 months, with access to shorter, laser coaching sessions and other support in between. As an ACC accredited coach with the ICF, my pledge and responsibility to you is to create a safe, confidential space to evoke awareness and facilitate growth.
