I am an ICF-certified coach and former senior project manager who has spent over two decades guiding leaders and teams across Europe and Asia. My journey began in IT consulting at LG in South Korea, where I learned early on that the best systems are not only efficient - they are human-centred. Later, I helped establish Mobius Europe’s presence in London and Geneva, partnering with CEOs, thought leaders, and executive teams to deliver transformational leadership programs.
Through these experiences, one truth became clear: projects succeed when people thrive. Beyond deadlines and deliverables, it is clarity, courage, and connection to purpose that sustain both performance and well-being.
This insight led me to coaching. Today, I support professionals and leaders who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change - whether navigating high-pressure roles, stepping into a new chapter, or exploring the challenges and richness of living between cultures.
My approach blends mindfulness, somatic embodiment, and positive psychology. Together, we create space to pause, reconnect with your inner compass, and unlock qualities like resilience, authenticity, and joy as renewable sources of leadership.
