I've worked in, and on behalf of small and medium-sized businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the USA for several decades. I've been fortunate to have had many real-world experiences, from helping an electronic service and manufacturing company grow from 5 people to over 100 in five years, establishing a business consultancy in Hong Kong for an Australian company, working for the U.S. Government to develop export opportunities in various markets, and helping market and grow collections of businesses through Economic Development Organizations.
My professional roles now focus on strategic and operational planning, with a focus on continuous improvement. I have a proven ability to cut through the confusion and chaos to put order and planning in place. I’m often involved in communicating complex concepts to stakeholders, leaders, managers, and the workforce to motivate teams toward successful outcomes. I have a passion for the practical application of technology based solutions related to business.
