Before coaching, I spent years in high-stakes environments, as a former U.S. Secret Service officer, entrepreneur, and professional poker player. In each of those worlds, performance wasn’t optional. It required clarity under pressure, emotional control, and the ability to operate at a high level even when things felt uncertain.
But what changed everything for me wasn’t another tactic... it was mindset and identity work. Working with my own performance coach reshaped how I thought, how I operated, and ultimately, my results. Today, I bring that same approach to my clients.
