My background, with over 25 years of experience in technology-driven industries, primarily in the energy sector, I have held a variety of management and leadership roles in Finance and Operations across Europe, North and South America. Originally from the Netherlands, I’m now based in Texas, USA. My international experience and exposure to different cultures have deeply influenced my approach to leadership and coaching. I appreciate the nuances of cross-cultural team dynamics and am passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive culture.
