Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps in expat life? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay there.
Expat life can be full of adventure, but it can also bring moments of doubt, disorientation, or overwhelm. Maybe you’re facing a big decision, adjusting to a new culture, or sensing it’s time for change after years in the same routine. Whatever transition you’re in, you don’t have to navigate it alone. With the right support, you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I’m Irene, a Dutch-American expat living in Saudi Arabia with my husband and two teenagers. I’m a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with a background in social work and more than twenty years of international experience—including six moves across the Atlantic. I’ve walked through career shifts, culture shock, language barriers, and raising a family abroad. These experiences shape my approach to coaching and fuel my empathy for what you may be going through.
My coaching is client-centered, forward-looking, and grounded in your values. Together, we clarify where you are and where you’d like to be, explore obstacles holding you back, and create practical, values-based action steps. Through this momentum-building approach, you’ll make small changes that lead to lasting results.
Clients often describe leaving our sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident in their ability to make meaningful choices.
If you’re ready to move forward—or simply curious about how coaching could support you—I’d love to offer a free consultation. It’s a chance to connect, ask questions, and explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.
