I help individuals and leaders give language to the pattern that keep them stuck in reaching the goal in their hearts and minds, so that they could come up with a strategy of way forward. I also help explore the challenges of intercultural dynamic in workplaces, differences in worldview and ways of communicating to help better the teamwork and understanding of one another. I desire to help people get ‘unstuck’ and have them get closer to the what they want, so I promise to be present in that tension.
I look for clients that are willing to confront tension although it might scare them. It will be my privilege to name things together that they might be hesitant to bring to the light and to see them progress to the other side of that courage. I deeply resonate with the phrase “doing it afraid.”
I have worked in a multinational and intercultural organization for more than a decade, working with various dynamics and young leaders navigate varying measure of tensions internally and inter-personally. It'd be my joy to see you get to the other side in this journey!
