Business owners and founders generally start their business based on an idea, skill or passion, not because they aspire to be business people. Sometimes that's not enough and they need help to build a sustainable and profitable enterprise. Or maybe they've made it to a certain level and need help to take the next step.
I have been there, both as an entrepreneur and as a CEO of a $100M business unit. I have 40+ years of business executive and consulting experience, including the past 9 years as a Certified Mentor for SCORE. Last year I took the additional step of obtaining my Executive Coaching Certificate from the Center for Executive Coaching so that I could better translate my experience into a coaching mindset.
I do not tell clients how to run their business. I may offer strategic guidance based on my experience, but mostly I am a sounding board to help my clients test new ideas, solve sticky problems and set strategic goals. My objective is to give the client confidence in their leadership and help them achieve a successful outcome for themselves and their business.
I look forward to working with clients who have a aspirations for their business and are ready to focus on what is important for their personal fulfillment and business success.
