I've worked in the tech industry for my entire professional career, both as the founder of a successful startup and as an employee of larger corporations. I've primarily worked in the video game industry and have coached people within the industry as well as people looking to get into the industry.
I want to share my experience to help others achieve their goals and provide guidance along their professional career. Additionally, I think I have found a unique perspective on finding happiness and harmony in life and a career.
I treat coaching on a case by case basis. Everyone is different and their goals are different. Coaching needs to be curated to the individual. The first step to a successful coach is getting to know you and what you are looking for. From there, the process can begin from a more holistic perspective and begin to tackle more targeted individual aspects of your life and goals.
