I’m a Life Design Strategist who supports people through periods of change, transition, and life redesign. I work with those moments where something no longer fits and direction feels blurry, even if life looks fine on the outside.
Many of my clients are highly capable and used to holding a lot at once. They often have goals and desires, but feel stuck in procrastination, overwhelm, or mental noise. Focus slips, motivation fluctuates, and it can feel hard to move forward with clarity and confidence.
My work supports people who are dissatisfied with an area of their life and know something needs to change, but aren’t sure what to prioritise or how to begin. Together, we cut through the noise, clarify what truly matters, and bring direction back into focus.
I work dynamically with goals, desires, and outcomes. This goes beyond mindset or motivation. I help clients build capacity, strengthen focus, and make aligned decisions they can follow through on, without burning out or pushing against themselves.
My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human. I don’t believe in quick fixes. I help clients slow things down enough to think clearly, reconnect with their own authority, and move forward with steadiness and self-trust.
I’ve been coaching professionally since 2009 and bring a calm, strategic approach shaped by experience across life coaching, results-focused coaching, and personal development. I’m trained through Authentic Education and am currently on the ICF pathway, preparing for my ACC credential.
I work predominantly with women, and also coach men navigating similar themes around focus, direction, identity, and meaningful change. I’m based in Australia and work remotely with clients locally and internationally.
