The first category of clients I work with are professionals who aspire to be better leaders for their teams and companies. This includes aspiring or established leaders, career transition seekers, high performers facing burnout, women in leadership.

The second category of clients include people who seek clarity in their purpose, improved confidence, or strategies for navigating major life transitions. They want to unlock their potential and align their actions with their deeper values and ambitions. Many struggle with self-doubt, lack of direction, or difficulties breaking through limiting beliefs. Together, we work on overcoming these obstacles by fostering clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.

One specific category of clients I work with are students - people in their academic journeys looking for a bigger purpose and support in transition from academic to real life.

I also coach groups where each individual in the group achieves their goals through the benefits of 'cross pollination' in the group.

My background includes a Ph.D. in organizational behavior and experience in teaching leadership and psychology.
