My coaching aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for adult clients to express their feelings and struggles as they process personal loss and grief as well as other life changes and challenges. Life coaching is by definition future-focused and goal oriented. Coaching with its inherent positive psychology stance encourages change and personal growth. My credentials include master’s degrees in Human Services: Life Coaching and Master Family Therapy. (I hold the degree of Doctor of Psychology in Grief Counseling from a school accredited only in Florida under a religious exemption). In addition, I am a Certified Professional Coach and also earned specific certification in Grief Coaching. I will be respectful, compassionate, straightforward in offering techniques to help you move toward your established goals.
