Bob Favre founded Behavioral Kinetics, LLC with his wife, Crystal Favre, LPC in June of 2013. Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor there and has helped hundreds of children, adolescents, adults and families recover, grow and take control of their lives. Bob worked after hours and weekends building the internal operations of Crystal’s practice while also managing projects for Delta Airlines worth up to $70M with thousands of people and moving parts. He saw how Crystal was able to help many people lead better lives through one-on-one sessions and decided to also have a direct positive effect on people by offering Life Coaching at Behavioral Kinetics.
In his early years, Bob, inspired by his father who was an advocate for the teachings of Earl Nightingale, learned the impact attitude can have every day of our lives and therefore, on our entire lives. Later he adopted many of the techniques of Steven Covey from his “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, including starting with the end in mind and techniques for time management. His 30 years of personnel and project management experience have given him extensive know-how in getting companies and people from A to B. He holds a PMP from the Project Management Institute and is a SAFE 5 Certified Scrum Master in agile, iterative transformations.
Since founding Behavioral Kinetics, Bob has developed his own models and tools adapted from his readings and experiences that will help you focus on the goals that matter most to you. He'll help you break down difficult complex objectives into smaller tasks until they’re straightforward and achievable, then work with you to prioritize your time and effort to ensure you see and capitalize on the possibilities that always exist around you.
"I don't use new-age stuff. It's about looking at the big picture of your current experience, collaboratively getting your hard tasks organized so they're manageable, considering feelings vs. actions, and realizing your goals."
