I’m Ben Henry, founder of Novera Coaching. After 15 years of teaching and leadership in international schools across Singapore, London, and Bristol, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. I loved helping others grow, but I also knew I wanted to use my skills in a deeper, more personal way. That turning point led me into coaching, and it is now the most fulfilling work I have ever done.
I specialise in working with people at crossroads in their career or life. Many of my clients are professionals who feel stuck in roles that no longer fit, or who are considering a bold career change but feel held back by uncertainty, fear, or self-doubt. Others come to me when stress, overwhelm, or a lack of time management leaves them feeling unbalanced and unclear on their next steps. Some are moving into new leadership roles and want to build confidence and resilience as they navigate the transition.
My coaching style is calm, reflective, and practical. I bring both structure and curiosity: asking powerful questions that help you think in new ways, while also supporting you to create a clear plan and take real steps forward. Clients tell me they value the balance of empathy and accountability, with space to reflect deeply combined with tools to make change happen.
I hold an ICF-accredited Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy and am an EMCC Associate Coach. Alongside this formal training, I bring the real-world perspective of 15 years in education and leadership, where I coached colleagues and students through transitions, growth, and challenge.
If you are ready for your next chapter, whether that means navigating a career change, stepping into leadership, managing stress more effectively, improving balance, or simply living with more clarity and confidence, coaching can help you move forward with purpose.
