I’m Ashley, and for a long time my biggest struggle was being a perfectionist and a people pleaser, and I know what it feels like to slowly lose yourself.
In the same week I was in a car accident, I separated from my ex husband. I also experienced severe IBS symptoms that left me so nonfunctional I was barely getting out of bed and not working for months. From that place, I rebuilt my internal and external health stronger than before and went on to triple my income in 2 months without actively seeking clients.
I’ve spent the last 10 years working with clients to rebuild clarity, identity, and structure so they can create real, measurable change in habits, goals, and daily consistency.
