I’m Amita Devnani, a Life Coach and Psychologist with over 6 years of experience as a counsellor and ICF Certified Life Coach. I have coached and counselled more than 300 clients and worked extensively with corporates, colleges, and schools, training over 2,000 employees and students.
My expertise spans multiple areas of mental health, including stress management, anxiety, self-esteem, procrastination, relationships, work-life balance, and emotional eating. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Hypnosis, CBT, REBT, Transactional Analysis, and the ICF coaching process to deliver impactful results.
I have a special focus on working with women who feel lost in their work-life balance, often juggling small children, family responsibilities, unfinished work, and neglecting their own self-care. Many of them carry deep guilt and struggle to find purpose or motivation. My mission is to help them rediscover themselves, build balance, and live with renewed confidence and clarity.
